Australia Sales Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.
- Visit stores regularly to improve product availability, shelf visibility, and in-store execution.
- Identify recent sales opportunities across supermarkets, convenience stores, Asia grocery stores, Chinese supermarkets, and independent retailers.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, tasting events, and other market activities.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information to support business growth.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Around 1–2 years of sales experience in retail, FMCG, food & beverage, distribution, or other customer-facing industries.




- Enjoy building relationships and working in a field-based sales environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid Australian driver license and willingness to travel within your territory.

Nice to Have Experience in FMCG or beverage sales. Familiarity with Australian Asia grocery or Chinese retail market. Existing relationships with local retailers or distributors, such as Hayama, Oriental Merchant, JinHua, HY Tech, Tokyo Foods, or similar.
