We are seeking an energetic, commercially driven & technical, Sales Manager to take ownership of new customer acquisition and pipeline conversion across the water industry. This permanent, full-time role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

About You:
- Water industry experience, with an understanding of the sector, its stakeholders, and the regulatory drivers of water quality.
- A proven new-business hunter with a track record of generating revenue, not just managing existing accounts.
- A science or environmental water-based background.
