About the role

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for growing your own business while delivering an exceptional experience to buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales journey.

Your responsibilities will include

- Prospecting daily through database follow-up, cold calling and door knocking
- Generating appraisal opportunities
- Conducting listing presentations
- Managing sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Negotiating offers and achieving outstanding results for clients




- Building long-term relationships within the local community
- Maintaining compliant sales files and accurate CRM records
- Developing your personal brand while representing Reliance professionally

Essential requirements

- Victorian Estate Agent Representative Registration (or equivalent under current Victorian legislation)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous residential real estate sales experience is highly regarded, however motivated candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
