The Role
You’ll engage directly with commercial clients, using Urban Clean’s proven sales systems to convert opportunities into long-term service agreements. Success in this role comes from consistency, confidence, and the ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers. You’ll have autonomy in your day-to-day work, backed by strong systems and support.

Experience & Requirements
- Sales experience working to targets and KPIs (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning industry experience (highly regarded)
- Customer-facing or B2B sales experience (highly regarded)
- Strong English communication skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian work rights
