Interquip is currently seeking experienced SMP Supervisors for our newly commenced mining construction Project in regional, WA. FIFO from Perth WA working a 2:1 Roster of construction of a new Processing Plant with completion eta approx July 2027. Preferred Mobilisation date 27th July 2026.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee SMP construction activities in accordance with the relevant standards, drawings, and work packs.
- Supervise and lead site crews to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution
- Working in close association with the site management team. Including; Construction Manager, Superintendent, Project engineers, HSE advisors and other supervisors to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and employee engagement inline with legislation and company policies.
- Identify and resolve in office issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain productivity
- Adherence to mine site safety regulations and project management plans.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in onsite SMP Supervisor roles within major mining construction projects
- Trade Qualification or higher
- Australian “C” class drivers licence
- Knowledge of the Mines and Safety Legislation
- S26 Certification (MUST HAVE Exam Completed)
- OHS Construction White Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working at Heights within 2 years of completion date
- Confined Space within 2 years of completion date
