This is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on experience with advanced laboratory diagnostic technologies while developing your technical and professional skills in a supportive environment._________________________________________________________________________________About the RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintenance, servicing and installation of cutting-edge laboratory diagnostic instruments, particularly in Laboratory Automation, Haematology and Clinical Chemistry systems.You will work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure equipment operates at peak performance, minimising downtime and supporting service excellence._________________________________________________________________________________What You’ll Be DoingPerform installation, maintenance, and repair of diagnostic laboratory equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently on-site Support the rollout and integration of new equipment into laboratories Maintain accurate service records, reports,

What We’re Looking ForA bachelor’s degree in engineering (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering principles in real-world settings Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly A proactive, organised, and customer-focused mindset A positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical expertise Desirable (but not essential):Knowledge of LIS systems, middleware, Linux, CAN-BUS, or interfacing principles Experience with medical or laboratory equipment_________________________________________________________________________________
