We’re currently seeking a part time (~3 days/wk) proactive HSEQ Administrator who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is passionate about promoting a culture of safety, quality and environmental responsibilities. The ideal candidate would be well equipped to fulfil the requirements of this role but also have a strong interest in developing a broader career in HSEQ.

Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance, training and administration

- Managing document control, including reviews, registers, and records

- Preparing HSEQ data, reports, training materials and communications

- Supporting contractor management and safety management systems (INX, SitePass)

- Driving continuous improvement across IMS systems and processes

- Supporting ISO certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

- Assisting with internal and external IMS audits





- Promoting a proactive safety culture and leading by example in HSEQ excellence

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- A high school diploma (or equivalent)

- Cert IV in WHS or HSEQ training is desirable

- Exposure to HSEQ functions and ISO Integrated Management Systems

- Experience with HSEQ IT systems (e.g. Sitepass, INX)

- Robust attention to detail and excellent written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong problem-solving ability

- A collaborative, proactive “can-do” attitude

- An interest in developing a career in HSEQ
