This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing and potential partners, including corporate supporters, community organisations, and donors. Day-to-day activities include coordinating partnership meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, tracking partnership performance, and supporting reporting and compliance requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align partnership activities with scholarship programs and broader organisational goals. The Partnerships Liaison will also assist with events, outreach campaigns,
and stakeholder communications to enhance Madalah’s visibility and long-term partnerships.QualificationsCandidates should possess robust Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, with experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to diverse audiences.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure partnership outcomes, and support evidence-based decision-making.Candidates should possess Sales skills or experience in securing funding, sponsorships, or commercial agreements that support organisational objectives.Relevant experience in not-for-profit, education, community engagement, or First Nations-led organisations is highly beneficial.Strong organisational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines.Demonstrated cultural awareness and respect, particularly regarding First Nations communities in Western Australia.Post-secondary qualifications in business, communications, community development, or a related field are desirable but not mandatory.
