An immediate start is required for an experienced recruitment advisor based North of the River.
Our client provides essential services to the mining sector and now requires the additional support of an experienced recruiter to join their team based North of the River.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation services.
Duties will include:
- Utilisation of the HRIS to maximise the mobilisation of the existing workforce
- Ensuring that applicant pools are maintained and updated
- Provide exemplary communication to ensure applicant engagement
- Liaison with hiring managers to manage workforce plans
- External search and selection of applicants
- Managing the interview process
- Raising the letters of offer and ensuing contracts
- Managing the onboarding process including organisation of medicals, NPCs, flights and accommodation
This role would suit a self-motivated individual who enjoys managing the full end-to-end recruitment process.
It is essential that you have a consolidated career history from within an internal or external recruitment environment, and possess the ability to follow process to ensure best practice. This role will require you to possess your own vehicle due to location and there are potential short additional hours required during busy times.
This position will be offered on a temporary basis and requires an immediate start, but the potential for permanence is an prospect for the future.
