Direct Personnel are on the hunt for Trade Qualified Boilermakers and Experienced Welders to join a busy manufacturing workshop producing high quality steel products and formwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- MIG and TIG welding across a range of steel fabrication projects
- Heavy fabrication and assembly work
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
- Working with steel formwork and structural components
- Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
- Working as part of a skilled and supportive workshop team
What We Need from You:
- Trade qualification or strong welding experience
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Heavy fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Full Australian working rights
