What you'll be doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers in finding the right products and answering enquiries
- Maintaining product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and promotion of products
- Assisting with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to create an inviting shopping environment
- Supporting daily store operations, including cash handling and following company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role,
preferably in the retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse customer base
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience
- Confidence in handling cash and following cash handling procedures
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
