Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plansProvide evidence-based therapy across speech, language, fluency, mealtimes, and social communicationCollaborate with families, educators, and allied professionals to promote meaningful communication and participation.Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients with full supportLiaises with the Clinical Operations Manager if there are performance concerns regarding the clinical practice of a staff member,



especially during their probationary periodProvides clinical guidance and leadership to therapists within own discipline across TS, supporting them in developing the fundamental skills, knowledge and competencies.Oversees the Learning & Development (L&D;) needs of the disciplineCoordinates, develops and/or conducts orientation/training in fundamental clinical skill development
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membershipStrong clinical reasoning skills and knowledgeExperience working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or complex needs, especially for early childhood interventions.Experience in coaching and mentoring allied health staff and working within an interdisciplinary teamExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentCurrent driver's licence and willingness to travel between sitesA passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesHighly developed analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWell-developed time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
