This is an exciting opportunity for a well organised team player who can ensure that good financial practices and controls are maintained while thriving in a rapid-paced and rewarding environment with our amazing team in our Holiday Rental Department.

The position will also include learning our processes to assist our team members with day to day operations within our Department including reservations, maintenance and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Reconciliation of Trust Account

- Processing & payment of all creditor invoices

- Refunding bonds / processing booking cancellations





- Processing end of month payments to owners & creditors

- Monthly reporting to Management & Quarterly reporting to Auditors

- Offer support to our Holiday Booking Consultants when required

Qualifications Required:

- Possess a current Real Estate Registration certificate (in QLD).

- Minimum 3 years prior Financial Administration experience

- Full-time availability with high energy

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong work ethic

- Commitment to always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

- Experience with back-end programs such as HomHero or RMS advantageous
