We're a small team that genuinely enjoys working together. We value people who bring a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and aren't afraid to have a laugh while getting the job done. What You'll Be Doing

- Working part time, 2 business days per week - 8am-4pm.

- Maintaining our gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard.

- Keeping the village grounds safe, tidy, and welcoming for our residents and visitors.

- Building positive relationships with our residents, who love a friendly face and appreciate a chat.

- Working independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in gardening and grounds maintenance.

- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.





- Is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys working outdoors.

- Has a friendly personality and enjoys working with people.

- Can work independently while also being a great team player.

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a current Police Check.
