Generate and mature drill‑ready targets from regional to prospect scaleBuild and prioritise a quality exploration pipelineIntegrate multi‑disciplinary datasets for target definition and rankingOversee drilling programs and field executionMaintain QA/QC, data integrity and technical standardsLead team development, contractors and program deliveryEnsure compliance with WHS, heritage and regulatory requirementsDeliver technical interpretations, models and reporting

What You'll Bring

Proven success in target generation and discovery‑focused exploration10+ years in Archean gold systems,



including regional/generative workStrong structural and geological interpretation skillsExperience producing drill‑ready targets from integrated datasetsProficiency in QGIS/MapInfo and Leapfrog/MicromineSolid knowledge of WA regulations and JORC guidelinesLeadership experience in exploration teamsGeology degree; Schedule 26; WA manual licence
