Workforce International are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our client's maintenance team, based in Red Hill.

Working alongside Trade Assistants, Boilermakers and the maintenance crew, you will play an significant role in keeping workshop and production areas clean, organised and operating efficiently.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 4pm to 12am

Responsibilities:

- Operating high-pressure hoses to clean workshop and production areas

- General housekeeping, including sweeping and maintaining a clean work environment

- Assisting the maintenance team with clean-up duties throughout the shift

- Supporting Trade Assistants and Boilermakers with general labouring tasks as required

- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirments:

- Previous labouring, industrial,



manufacturing or maintenance experience is highly regarded

- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks throughout the shift

- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Current White Card (essential)

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Successful applicants will be required to complete:

- In-office Drug & Alcohol (swab) screening during pre-employment interview

- Functional Capacity Assessment during pre-employment interview

- Client interview

- Full pre-employment medical assessment
