About The Role

As a PBS Practitioner at ORS, you will:

Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDISDevelop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionalsWork autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical LeadersReceive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

What We’re Looking For

Solid clinical experience supporting individuals within the disability and mental health sector, supporting wellbeing,



independence and individual goalsExcellent written communication and report writing skillsPassion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred supportCar and license essential
