We are seeking an experienced PM Forklift - Leading Hand to join a busy warehouse operation in Kewdale on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a PM shift role where you will operate a forklift while also supporting and leading a small team to meet daily targets.

You will work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm, supporting dispatch, receivals, and general warehouse operations. This role suits someone confident on the forklift who can also take ownership of daily coordination and team support.

There is also potential to progress into reach stacker operations once training and licensing requirements are completed.

Must Haves

- Solid recent and long term forklift experience with palletised goods

- Confident operating larger forklifts or logistics equipment as the role will progress to reach stacker operations

- Experience with ugly freight , oversize or difficult over dimension freight is desirable

- Demonstrational recent experience leading or supporting small/large teams in a warehouse environment

- Solid communication skills and ability to coordinate others

- Solid interpersonal skills and conflict resolution experience





- Valuable computer skills for basic warehouse systems and admin tasks

- Current driver’s licence , live at a practical distance to the Kewdale area and have reliable transport

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and move palletised freight

- Support and lead a small warehouse team on afternoon shift

- Oversee daily workflow across picking, staging, dispatch, and receivals

- Coordinate freight movement to ensure timely and accurate dispatch

- Support stock control activities including cycle counts and inventory checks

- Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance

- Communicate key priorities and updates with supervisors and other shift leaders
