Hello Harry Caloundra is looking for a motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House team.

If you're passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen where quality matters, we'd love to hear from you.

Unlike many quick-service restaurants, our kitchen isn't a production line. We prepare our ingredients fresh, cook every meal to order and take pride in serving food we'd be happy to put in front of our own family and friends.

About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you'll be involved in every aspect of producing great food.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Preparing fresh ingredients each day.

- Cooking burgers and proteins on the grill.

- Building burgers with consistency, care and attention to detail.

- Operating our fryer station.

- Preparing sides and accompaniments.





- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.

- Working closely with the Front of House team to ensure every customer receives a great dining experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Enjoys cooking and takes pride in producing quality food.

- Works well in a busy team environment.

- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.

- Can remain calm and organised during busy service periods.

- Is willing to learn and continue developing their skills.

- Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Whether you're building on existing kitchen experience or looking to learn, we'll provide training across all areas of our kitchen, including food preparation, fryer station, grill, burger assembly and kitchen operations.

Applicants who already have experience across multiple kitchen stations will be highly regarded.
