Experienced Waitstaff / Front of House & Bar/Gaming – Immediate Start | Flexible Hours

Mornington, TAS

The Mornington Inn is seeking experienced Front of House professionals to join our busy and well-established venue.

This is an excellent prospect for someone confident in a fast-paced pub/bistro environment who takes pride in delivering efficient, high-quality service.

We are offering multiple positions, with flexibility for:

- Casual full-time hours (up to 38+ hours per week)

- Structured casual roles

- Flexible shifts suited to study or other commitments

The Role

You will be an integral part of our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service and a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing confident and professional service

- Managing sections during busy service periods

- Taking accurate food and beverage orders

- Delivering meals promptly

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue

- Liaising effectively with kitchen and bar staff

- Upholding strong service standards across all shifts

- Pouring Drinks

- Where appropriate gaming protocols (TAB, KENO, EGM) - experience preferred but not essential

About You

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, with:

- Proven experience in a similar waitstaff/front of house role (pub or bistro essential)

- Strong service skills and attention to detail





- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Availability across nights, weekends, and public holidays

- Current RSA (required or willingness to obtain immediately)

- Curren RCG (or willingness to obtain immediately)
