About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a small, high-performing crew on a major culvert rehabilitation project in the Pilbara.

Working a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth, you'll supervise the structural relining of large steel culverts beneath active rail infrastructure using specialised rotary shotcreting and concrete pumping systems.

This is a genuine hands-on leadership role. While responsible for the secure and efficient delivery of the works, you'll also work alongside the crew, particularly with concrete batching, pumping operations, equipment troubleshooting and maintaining consistent mix quality.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems in the field, takes pride in leading from the front, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty when the job requires it. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a crew of approximately 8–10 personnel.

- Coordinate daily site activities to achieve programme, safety and quality objectives.

- Oversee concrete batching, pumping and rotary shotcreting operations.





- Monitor concrete quality and adjust mixes as required to maintain production and finish quality.

- Operate, troubleshoot and maintain concrete pumping equipment and associated plant.

- Diagnose pumping or mix issues and safely resolve blockages and equipment faults.

- Plan daily work activities, pre-starts, SWMS/JHA reviews and toolbox meetings.

- Coordinate equipment, materials and logistics across remote work locations.

- Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with the Project Manager regarding progress and site requirements.

- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, QA requirements and company procedures.

- Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across the site team.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience supervising civil construction, concrete, mining or infrastructure projects.

- Practical experience with concrete pumping, shotcreting or similar specialised concrete works is highly regarded.

- Strong understanding of concrete behaviour, batching and mix quality.

- Excellent mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting equipment in the field.

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- Current White Card.

- Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded).

- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.

- FIFO experience preferred.

- Rio Tinto or other Tier 1 mining inductions highly regarded.
