We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Senior Chef de Partie

We're seeking an experienced chef who:

- Has solid experience cooking proteins to a consistently high standard.

- Can confidently lead a small team during service.-

- Makes sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Has experience with ordering and stock control, or a willingness to learn.

- Understands food cost, portion control and minimising waste.

- Is eager to develop their leadership and kitchen management skills.

- Has event or function experience (preferred but not essential).

Kitchen Hand

Permanent Part Time Monday to Friday – No Weekends





We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, organized and takes pride in their work.

- Maintains a clean and efficient kitchen.

- Can assist with basic food preparation when required.

- Works well within a team and has a positive attitude.
