About the role

Based at our Canberra depot and reporting to the Depot Manager, you'll lead and support our Service Delivery People to service every customer to the highest standard. You'll coach the team, cover routes when needed, and keep our Service Department running at full capacity. If you love being on the move, solving problems and getting the best out of a team – this one's for you.

Key responsibilities

· Train, coach and supervise the Service Delivery team on routes, duties and Alsco procedures

· Cover routes and fill in for Service Delivery People as needed

· Oversee truck loading and run regular audits of stock, sites and safety

· Partner with Service Account Managers to plan the team's work and manage key accounts

· Make sure customers are looked after every service day – resolving issues fast

· Spot growth opportunities: up-selling, quit-saves and re-signing agreements

· Keep safety front and centre – report hazards, injuries and near misses via AIMS within 24 hours

What we're looking for

· Experience in a similar service,



delivery or team leadership role

· A natural coach who brings out the best in people

· Current driver's licence with a good record (LR licence preferred)

· Strong customer focus and sharp attention to detail

· Working knowledge of HACCP, safety and environmental requirements

· Confident with the basics of Outlook and Excel

· Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Customer Service (or equivalent experience)
