Reporting to the Head of New Store Operations, support our company-owned stores by driving operational performance, coaching Store Managers, and ensuring compliance with labour budgets, food safety requirements and company standards.
You’ll analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work closely with Store Managers to deliver strong operational and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance through effective labour management, wage compliance and operational excellence.
- Coach and develop Store Managers to build leadership capability.
- Analyse performance data and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
- Support performance management, employee development and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety programs and legislative requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer experience.
About You
You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing people, analysing business performance and improving results.
You'll also bring:
- Multi-site management experience within retail, hospitality or FMCG.
- Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational KPIs.
- Solid leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Knowledge of food safety and operational compliance.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A current Australian Class C Drivers Licence.
