The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HSEQ Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in developing, implementing, strengthening and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure workplace safety, environmental protection, and quality standards.

About the Role.

As the HSQE Manager, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, environmental, and compliance outcomes across multiple commercial construction & Mining projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading and overseeing the delivery of HSEQ outcomes across all contracts, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, legislation and company standards

- Driving the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

- Providing expert advice and leadership on health and safety,



environmental and quality matters across the business

- Managing audits, compliance, reporting and incident investigation, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

- Overseeing contractor and vendor HSEQ compliance, pre-qualification, inductions, audits and performance management

- Preparing for and managing external audits

About you:

You are passionate about creating safe, high-performing project environments and enjoy working closely with site teams to achieve practical outcomes.

You will bring:

- Strong knowledge of mining health, safety, environment, and quality regulations.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.

- Competency in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., ICAM).

- Ability to influence and embed a safety-first culture across all levels of the workforce.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation (Work Health & Safety Act, Mining Acts, Environmental Protection Acts).

- Experience with ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).

- Proven success in leading teams and driving HSEQ improvement initiatives.
