What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same!

- Caring for babies, toddlers and young children
- Leading fun indoor activities and creative play
- Supporting outdoor adventures and learning experiences
- Helping children learn, grow and develop confidence
- Assisting with food preparation, nutrition and mealtimes
- Maintaining children's health, hygiene and comfort
- Communicating with parents and fellow educators
- Working alongside a friendly and supportive childcare team

About You

- Passionate about working with children
- Kind, caring and patient
- A strong communicator and team player
- Eager to learn and develop current skills
- Able to prioritise children's needs and well-being

Desirable:

- Customer service experience
- Babysitting or childcare experience
- Certificate II qualification in a related field

Essential Requirements

- Ability to obtain a Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration




- Sound literacy and numeracy skills (aptitude testing forms part of the recruitment process)
- Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
