Specialising in manufacturing of quality bakery ingredients and frozen products for both the bakery and supermarket industry, Bakels is a technical based global company whose objective is to assist our customers develop, produce and sell (more) bakery products.
What is the role?
The Technical Sales Representative will ensure our customers receive high quality service and training. The right Representative will maintain high performance sales and growth to effectively achieve business objectives within your territory.
Some Responsibilities are:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports
- Drive sales and exceed budget in both metro and country areas
- Grow customer base
What you need is:
- Trade qualified in Baking or Pastry Cooking, desired but not a requirement .
- Experience in General Trade and/or Supermarket Bakeries.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Sales and Customer focused.
- Good communication skills and selling techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- The ability to demonstrate and detail the products at a high level.
- Cleanliness and organisation within a bakery workplace.
- Team spirited with a hands on approach!
- A valid driver’s license.
