About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Sales Order Clerk to join our team at Kanmantoo.

In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering a great customer experience by processing orders, responding to enquiries and helping ensure work flows smoothly across the business. As one of the first points of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors, you'll combine accuracy and efficiency with a friendly, professional approach.

You'll work closely with colleagues across all of our departments while managing your own workload with confidence and autonomy. A naturally curious mindset and commitment to getting the details right will help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Release in stock orders to operations

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email

- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors

- Follow established processes from start to finish

- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation

- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

What You’ll Bring

- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment





- Transparent, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach

- A warm, approachable and professional manner

- A proactive and curious approach to learning and problem-solving

- Experience using Microsoft Office; ERP experience (such as Business Central) is advantageous

- A grounded, positive attitude and willingness to support the team
