We’re looking for an experienced Boilermaker to become a valued member of our small team. This is more than just a welding role—we’re looking for someone who enjoys mentoring others, takes pride in their work, and wants to help shape the future of our workshop.
About the Role:
You’ll be involved in a variety of light to medium fabrication projects while working closely with the business owners, apprentice and trade assistant. As you settle into the role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility by helping lead the workshop when required and supporting day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Trade qualified Boilermaker
• Competent in MIG welding
• Competent in TIG welding
• Competent in Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• Experience with light to medium fabrication
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly Regarded:
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• White Card
• High Risk Work Licence
• MR Driver Licence
• Forklift, EWP or other relevant licences
