About the Role
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement while working closely with an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish
- Providing outstanding service to clients and referrers
- Checking the accuracy of Form 1 Statements prepared by our in-house team
- Finalising settlement files accurately and efficiently
- Supporting colleagues during periods of leave or increased workload
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
- Contributing to the positive team culture we're proud of
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 5 years' conveyancing experience
- Has excellent knowledge of South Australian conveyancing practices
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Communicates professionally with clients, referrers and colleagues
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others succeed
