About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

As the key connection between our clients, care teams, office staff, and external stakeholders, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support while helping to strengthen and expand our services.

You will build and maintain solid relationships with clients, families, Support Coordinators, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clients maximise their funding plans and receive the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, and referral partners

- Supporting the growth and sustainability of client services

- Assisting clients to maximise the value of their individual funding plans

- Coordinating and supporting care teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and business objectives





- Monitoring service delivery and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

- Acting as a trusted point of contact between clients, care teams, and the broader business

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Client-facing experience within the healthcare sector

- Strong networking and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Rostering experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable Experience

- Experience within the disability services sector

- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
