Company Description MMA Fight Store is Australia’s largest retailer and supplier of Mixed Martial Arts and boxing training gear, accessories, and collectibles, serving customers through both retail and online channels. We ship 1,000+ Shopify orders a week to customers across the country. This role owns the flow — from the moment an order hits Shopify to the moment the courier drives away — and looks after the customer if anything gets bumpy in between. Its all about the team, we are after a team player not a clock watcher.
Role Description• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders daily via Shopify + Cin7 Core• Handle Local Pickup orders and cross-store fulfilment when Perth's out of stock• Answer customer emails on order status, returns, exchanges and delivery issues• Coordinate with carriers (Shippit, StarTrack,
Aus Post) on lost or delayed parcels• Flag stock discrepancies and recurring issues to the wider team
Qualifications• 2+ years in ecommerce order fulfilment• Confident with Shopify and an inventory system (Cin7 ideal, DEAR / Unleashed / NetSuite fine)• Sharp attention to detail — SKUs, sizes, addresses matter• Comfortable in a warehouse setting (on your feet, lifting up to 20kg)• Transparent written English and a professional customer manner• Bonus: combat sports background or genuine interest — you'll be answering questions about glove weights and gi sizing
