The Opportunity:
As a Client Liaison Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the building journey. While the Site Supervisor remains the primary point of contact for clients, you'll provide project updates as required and ensure clients feel informed and supported. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction but prefers a support-focused position rather than a fully client-facing role.

- Site Supervisor manages main client communication
- Provide construction updates as required
- Coordinate general construction administration
- Maintain the client portal with accurate project information
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure builds progress smoothly from commencement through to completion

you will have:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

- Must have at least 1+ years of relevant residential building industry experience
- Candidates from Building Suppliers or Insurance Builders considered
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
