Hillcrest Mining Services is inviting expressions of interest from experienced HD Fitters, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Servicepersons, Trades Assistants and mining maintenance professionals for current and upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia.

We are a WA-based mining services provider delivering practical, reliable support across mobile maintenance, field service, shutdowns, labour hire and site operations.

- Heavy Diesel Fitters

- Auto Electricians / HV Electricians

- Boilermakers

- Servicepersons

- Leading Hands / Supervisors

- Maintenance Planners / Coordinators

About the Work

Opportunities may include:

- FIFO site-based maintenance roles

- Field service and breakdown support

- Workshop and pit maintenance

- Mobile plant maintenance and component change-outs

- Shutdown and project work

- Project support and maintenance execution

- Relief coverage and short-term placements

- Ongoing labour hire opportunities

Rosters, locations, rates and assignment durations will vary depending on client and project requirements.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for current or future opportunities, you will ideally bring:

- Australian recognised trade qualification, where applicable

- Previous mining, resources, civil, construction or heavy industry experience

- Experience working on mobile plant, fixed plant or site equipment

- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team





- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

The following tickets, licences and experience will be highly regarded:

- HR, HC or MC driver’s licence

- LF Forklift Licence

- Working at Heights

- Confined Space

- Elevated Work Platform (EWP)

- High Risk Work Licences

- HV Switching

- SAP, Pronto, Maximo, Ellipse or other CMMS experience

- Current mine site inductions
