About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join the dedicated team at Walanmarra. This pivotal leadership role drives clinical excellence by supporting, educating, and mentoring nursing staff across rehabilitation and palliative care services. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the role facilitates evidence‑based practice, supports professional development, coordinates clinical education programmes and contributes to the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Walanmarra provides compassionate and holistic care to patients requiring rehabilitation and palliative services, making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. This role offers the opportunity to shape clinical practice, build workforce capability, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
