Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reception duties, managing the front desk and supporting clubhouse operations
- Ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience for guests and members




- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operationsEnsure the flawless execution of clubhouse events, working closely with the wider events team to deliver premium experiences

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in Hospitality, Events or community management
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
