Village Roadshow is seeking a Conference and Events Coordinator for a 12-month parental leave contract on the Gold Coast. Based in Main Beach, you will plan and deliver conferences, events and weddings across six properties, coordinating client requirements, quotations, contracts and follow-ups.

You will manage event orders, attend expos, conduct site inspections, and support post-event accounting, with some weekend/night work required to ensure seamless delivery at peak times.
