ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Novated Operations Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, people leadership and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a regulated environment. This role leads the end‑to‑end operational delivery of our novated leasing business, spanning fulfilment, settlements and ongoing customer service.

Partnering closely with the Product Director, Novated Leasing this role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure a scalable, compliant and high‑performing operating model that supports business growth and a market‑leading customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams across fulfilment, settlements, contact centre and customer service to deliver operational excellence, solid engagement and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Oversee end‑to‑end novated leasing operations, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds SLAs, quality standards and all compliance obligations.
- Partner with the Product Director, Novated Leasing to align operational priorities with business strategy, driving accountability, performance and scalable growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Salary Packaging, Terminations and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless and efficient end‑to‑end customer experience.
- Ensure operational readiness for new products, process changes and campaigns by proactively managing risk and implementing scalable solutions.




- Embed a strong culture of compliance, risk awareness and ethical conduct across all novated leasing operations.

Other duties

- Champion continuous improvement through automation, digital tools and data‑led customer insights to optimise operational processes and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, quality assurance metrics and risk indicators to drive transparency and performance accountability.
- Represent the Operations function in forums and strategic initiatives, contributing insight, influence and commercial acumen.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Degree in a business‑related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in an operational leadership role within novated leasing, financial services or another regulated industry.
- Proven experience managing operational performance, service delivery and compliance.
- Demonstrated people leadership capability including coaching, development and performance management.

Other

- Experience leading contact centre or customer service operations.
- Strong knowledge of novated leasing and/or salary packaging.
- B2B sales and customer service experience.
- Proven success driving operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience using workflow systems, CRM platforms and data dashboards such as Salesforce and Power BI.
