This role offers great work‑life balance, free parking to join our team Monday to Friday 6 hours per day. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate for this fixed‑term role and a fortnightly paid phone allowance and be supported by an experienced maintenance team.

Day to Day Duties and Responsibilities





- Undertake general day to day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines.
- Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- When required oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site.
- Ensure smooth day to day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility.
- Exceptional client service skills are significant to ensure success in the role.
- Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities including but not limited to: landscaping and garden maintenance; general repairs; waste removal; painting and test and tagging (training can be provided after commencement).

About You

- Previous gardening and maintenance experience is preferred.
- OHS understanding.
- You will need to be a self‑starter with excellent time management skills which enable you to prioritise work schedules.
- Work autonomously as well as a member of the team and have a strong customer service focus.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to multi‑task.
- A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willing to apply for one)
- Positive can do attitude will ensure your success in this important role.
