CBRE Group, Inc. in Sydney CBD is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all building services across the portfolio.

You will lead a small in office team, manage key service partners and drive capital works, risk management and sustainability initiatives. You will manage OPEX within budget, own contractor performance, implement preventative maintenance, and partner with finance, sustainability, procurement and capital works teams.
