About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business finance operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, improving financial processes, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze business performance, financial trends, and key financial indicators.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities and business risks.
- Support long-term financial planning and growth strategies.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Management

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Review financial statements, management reports, and accounting records.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and financial partners.
- Ensure proper financial controls and risk management practices.

Budgeting & Cost Management

- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.




- Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
- Develop cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Review business expenses and recommend financial improvements.
- Support investment decisions through financial evaluation and analysis.

Business Finance & Team Leadership

- Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance for business expansion, projects, and investments.
- Develop financial dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Improve finance processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), or related roles.
- Proven experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading or managing finance teams is preferred.




- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
