We have a excellent opportunity for a motivated Salesperson to join our experienced and friendly team in Ipswich. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound phone & online sales processing

In-store customer service

Order & receipt incoming stock

Process & pick purchase orders

Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills A customer service champion

Experience or a passion for auto parts

Well presented





Great phone manner

Ability to influence & negotiate Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions

Background in European vehicles would be an advantage

Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software (preferred)Demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building skills (preferred)
