The role

You will play a key role in supporting and contributing to Libertas initiatives by developing, administering,



and maintaining SAP solutions for enterprise and government clients. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role that combines technical expertise, problem‑solving, and collaboration to ensure high‑quality solutions across SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors platforms. You will help clients unlock the full potential of their SAP systems while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an SAP HR/Payroll Developer.
- Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.
- Experience developing and supporting SAP FIORI applications, Web Dynpro ABAP, and SAP Workflow.
- Knowledge of SAP integrations, including Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and using BTP Integration Services (SCPI), IDoc, OData, BAPI, RFC, and Web Services.
