Onkaparinga Community Services at Noarlunga have a full time Scheduling Lead opportunity to join the team for a 6-month secondment.

Role Requirements

- Effectively and efficiently manage the day-to-day resources of the scheduling service including physical and human, in compliance with Resthaven policies and procedures and legislative and contractual requirements
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating Scheduling Partners to ensure the effective delivery of community services
- Conduct performance management, including appraisals and feedback
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Ensure continuous direct service delivery for clients of Resthaven Community Services
- Communicate with clients, their families,



and carers regarding scheduling of staff
- Liaise with Care Partners regarding staff rostering and communicating with staff involved in providing direct client services
- Display an understanding of and ensure equitable access and culturally sensitive service delivery to people of all cultural backgrounds
- Oversee delivering of programs services involving private and some veterans services.
