About the role
This newly created role will lead, coach and inspire our Support at Home scheduling team across workforce optimisation focused on meeting client needs and rostering efficiencies. Partnering collaboratively with business teams to innovate, ensure compliance and informed business planning, success in this key position will deliver enhanced strategic performance across our service teams.
About you
You will bring energy, passion and drive combined with strong partnering skills that bring people together, solution focused and empowered to drive results. You’ll understand at your core that a positive, capable and culturally aligned team is vital to success. Complimented by your in-depth understanding across rostering systems and integrations you’ll have an ‘eagle eye’; able to see the big picture while smoothly navigating needed details. Your key experience will include:
- Experience in a similar role, leading a team, embedding change and innovation ideally within the aged care sector
- Stakeholder engagement and partnering to drive solutions
- Highly developed rostering, scheduling and workforce allocation experience utilising systems and platforms, Dayforce experience highly valued
- Driving compliance, data integrity, analysis and informed decision making
- Resilience, energy and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within timelines
- Relevant qualifications are highly valued
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
