Ballarat Grammar School is seeking an experienced and highly capable change management specialist to lead, coordinate and oversee key whole-school improvement initiatives arising from the School's recent Intersection Cultural Review.

This influential role will suit a strategic and collaborative professional with a strong track record in planning and delivering organisational change projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to develop and implement effective strategic and operational solutions that support sustainable change.

Skills And Experiences

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

- Extensive experience planning and coordinating organisational change projects or initiatives.
- Extensive experience developing and presenting governance reports.
- Strong understanding of risk management and performance measurement principles.
- Ability to work positively and collaboratively with stakeholders on complex matters.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop strategic and operational solutions.
- Ability to translate complex information into plain language actions and processes.
