Quorum Security Systems is a leading Sydney based Security Company specialising in consulting, design, installation and service of state-of-the-art security, CCTV and monitoring systems for corporate, government and commercial clients throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.
Due to recent expansion, we are seeking a skilled Cabling Technician to assist our team with the service, installation and commissioning of access control, CCTV and other related security systems.
The successful candidate will be involved in cabling of complex integration projects as well as quick-response service call and routine preventative maintenance on larger systems. This role may involve opportunities for occasional interstate and international travel, if desired.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in running security cables and fit off Access Control, Alarm Systems and knowledge of IP Based CCTV Systems, however specific training will be provided on any Quorum Systems the candidate is unfamiliar with, including Quorum’s high level of installation standard.
Requirements for this role:
- Experience in cabling works
- 3 to 5 years' experience in this kind of role, would be desirable.
- Australian residency, a Drivers Licence and available to work full time. EWP certificates and Security Licence are desirable but not essential.
- Professional presentation and a high level of communication skills.
