About The Role As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response, and client-facing duties.

Positions available: Full-time Potential earnings / Award Level: Level 2 Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts Roster Roster 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday- 1800-0600 Roster 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday - 1800-0600 Key Responsibilities Lead and support the night shift team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee asset protection and maintain a safe, secure work workplace.





Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.

Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are followed.

Delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide coaching and support to team members.

Handle customer and team member concerns professionally and effectively.

Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, merchandising, and organisation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A valid Security Licence

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)

Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts

Good physical fitness, as patrols are required

Ability to work independently and follow procedures

Strong attention to detail A reliable and punctual work history
