Role, You Will lead user experience and information architecture initiatives across large, complex digital channels map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve navigation, content structure, accessibility and task completion conduct user research, analyse evidence and translate insights into practical recommendations provide specialist UX and design advice to content, product and platform teams work with stakeholders across the department to improve consistency, usability and the overall quality of digital experiences For further information please click here to view the role description About You Demonstrated experience in information architecture and user experience design for digital channels Experience designing for coherence and consistency across multiple digital channels or large, complex content environments Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
