We're seeking a motivated and reliable Qualified Carpenter to join a growing team specialising in maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy variety in your day and want long-term stability, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This full time permanent position involves carrying out a wide range of commercial and residential maintenance works across Canberra and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for completing high-quality carpentry work while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* General commercial and residential maintenance carpentry
* Install, repair and replace windows and doors
* Carry out repair and refurbishment works
* Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend practical solutions
* Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Skills & Experience
Essential

* Qualified Carpenter (Cert III or equivalent)
* Previous experience in residential and/or commercial maintenance
* Experience installing and repairing windows and doors
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Current Driver's Licence




* Own tools and reliable transport

Highly Regarded

* Experience across insurance, maintenance or refurbishment projects
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
